QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND LABOUR MOTIVATION AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The management system of the industrial enterprise includes many subsystems, but the key among them is the quality management system (QMS) and the system of personnel motivation, focused on the quality of the final product. Quality management systems of industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan are currently prepared to introduce international standards ISO 9000 series. In the current economic conditions, it should be remembered that the quality management system, like any system, consists of interrelated and interacting elements, the efficiency of the entire system depends on the work of each of them. Human resources are one of the main elements that make up the structure of the QMS, so that is the main reason why managers should pay their attention to them
