Abstract

In the following article next aspects are analyzed: The traditions of hospitality, peculiaruty and rules in Georgia. Hospitality is viewed as essential component of culture and defenitely here is reflected the charecter of the people as well as Georgian society's historical development. The traditions of hospitality in Georgia has been establishing for several centuries In the comptemorary industry of hospitality, modern technologies, appropriate service in hotels and restaurants, knowledge of customs and aspects with the intention to share it with future generation to consider that this traditions have lasted for centuries in almost every part of the country.
